humans read top to bottom. why would one want to read a summary of a post, then proceed to read the real post? also, how can someone make cliff notes on something they have not already written and thought out?

Alternatively quit your fvcking whining and just read the goddam post in it's entirety. Most posts really aren't that long, and anyone with a reading comprehension of more than about 3 and an attention span of more than 30 seconds will be able to read the whole damn thing.
