Client has strange Blackberry issue

Hi all

I have a client who has a strange issue at the moment...

As noted in the summary, one of the users is complaining that when her colleague CC's her in on an email sent from said colleague's Blackberry, she never gets the email.

This company uses POP3 email and the Blackberries there are all configured to pick up mail directly on the devices (so there's no forwarding, desktop redirection, etc).

Also, does anyone know where you would set up a signature on a POP3 configured Blackberry? I've got a bit of experience with BES devices, not BIS ones. The handsets are all Curve 8900's.

if you have the device do the following:

- Go to messages app
- hit BB key
- Choose 'Options' from menu
- Choose 'Email Filters'

Check the filters that are set, if any. The 'To & BCC Default' would prevent CC's.
 
I don't have the handset with me, but thanks for that... I will have a look when I next visit the client 🙂
