is there a command line or someway or scripting the install of the above client?

As far as I know, the Microsoft Client for NetWare cannot be installed via automation, but I'll admit that I haven't played around with it *that* much. I sincerely doubt it, though.

Novell's NWClient for Windows (32-bit) installation can definitely be automated.
