Clicking Hard Drive

I have a Western Digital 250GB Hard drive that started clicking and I was not able to get the data off in time. Whenever the computer tries to start up the hard drive, the hard drive just keeps clicking in 3 click intervals. I tried to run Sprinrite but it couldn't read the drive. Is there anything I can do to the drive physically to get it to work?

I hear some people have success with putting it in the freezer...

Edit: I am being totally serious. You need to protect it from condensation though.
