Clicking anywhere on any webpage with firefox insets type ticker thingy

You know that thing that blinks when you click in a text box? Well, that shows up for me no matter where I click on any webpage when using Firefox. I reinstalled it and it still is there. Any advice?

Edit: it shows up ON the webpage, at any point where I click!

In Tools - Options - Advanced, under Accessibility, uncheck "Move system caret...".

I think you can toggle it with F7 (I know that's the key in Mozilla, but I don't use Firefox).
