Click_me.exe - is this a virus???

My girlfriend just reported an error that popped up in W2k while she was burning some CDs - click_me.exe reported some sort of error, etc., and shut down.

I have a haunting feeling this is some sort of virus, yet InnoculateIT comes up with nothing on my system.

Anyone know what this might be?

I'm running one by Symantec right now and it's not coming up with anything. Thanks Shux, I'll give that one a try as well.

Shux,

Yeah, I got the same results. Just used Symantec's Security check and nothing came up. AFAIK this machine seems to be clean, yet this message popped up in the middle of nowhere.

Did you you check the Registry for the "herman" or "hibris", whatever one of those sites suggested?

Update:

I figured it out. My g/f was trying to copy a CD, and it turns out it was a multimedia CD; one of the files on it was called click_me.exe

thanks for the help!
