Question Clearing unneeded BIOS boot options

My motherboard is Asus Prime Z370-a. There are many boot options in the UEFI BIOS from previous installations of other operating systems. How do I clear these unneeded boot options from the list and leave only the one that is needed by my current Windows 10? If I reset UEFI to factory settings, will these options be cleared? Will it damage the current Windows 10 installation?
 
Don't worry about it. Nothing to see here move on. as long as everything is working properly leave it alone.
