about 2 years ago i got a misdemeanor for having a knife in my carryon luggage. an honest mistake. it was inside my backpack, inside a little bag i use for snowboarding. had no idea it was in there. i paid $120 and did 120 community service hours for it. can i get this cleared somehow because i got into this hospital volunteer program thing and they won't let me continue unless i get it cleared.

Wow. Those airline people need to treat each case seperately. I can't believe they charged you for it, and you went to court and everything? Normally wouldn't they just confiscate it?

They have these people called "lawyers." I'm pretty sure this is what they're used for.
