Clearance sale at the Tumi Website

Some nice prices in there...too bad I'm set on a 22" and full 26". Maybe next time!

Dude, there's a crapload of 22"s!

Make sure you get one with a carry-on suiter. You'll never have to check bags for a two-day trip again

I'm surprised nobody's gone for a Tumi wallet.

I can't recall so many ever being on sale. I bought one to replace my current Tumi wallet. At this price, I figure I can stuff it in a drawer and then replace my current Tumi when it wears out which should be in three years or so.

Luggage, backpacks and messengers, the works.

As a busy attorney in NY, I can tell you that the TUMI business-related line performs almost exactly the same as Targus' entry-level products.

But, if you must have luggage that tells baggage handlers where the good stuff is, by all means, TUMI fits the bill. They make good stuff, but it is really a style thing. I do have a TUMI wallet - nicer than many other brands.

Does anyone else see a Dyson Vacuum here?

Hello fellow busy attorney in NY. Yep, the Tumi Ducati line is definitely an acquired taste. Though I'd wager it's a pretty easy bag to spot on the luggage carousel.

I am tempted by the Tumi wallet too.

I own a Tumi L-Fold wallet that I got for a great price on e-bay. Not sure I'd pay full price for their stuff, but the wallet is very nice. Durable, a design I prefer (the L-Fold) and very well made.

I'm tempted to go for the Helix slimfold ID one, but man that price just kills me.

I am also planning on pulling the trigger, but another site is having a sale starting today at 11:00 EST. If you are interested PM as it is an invite only site which rewards referrers, which most sites forbid posting, that sells closeouts and last season's things I think. Prices may be better or worse but I won't know till I see them.

They're all very good quality. It depends on how many credit cards you carry and whether or not you need an ID window. The pebble-grain texture wallets will generally show less wear than smooth calfskin.

i like it very much

Just perused the invite only sale and some prices are better but Tumi has a better selection.

For example, the zip travel wallet that Tumi has for $132.30 the invite only sale has for $90.

Another example is the black leather zip wallet double billfold. Tumi has it for $76.30 and the invite only sale has it for $60.
