Cleanup software???

I always delete my programs through add/remove in control panel. However, every now and then programs leave undeleted files, folders, and registry entries. Is there any program that "hunts down" this junk and deletes it? I know there are registry cleaners, but that is not exactly what i need. If you know of any such program plz tell me it's name or a link so I can try to obtain it. Formatting my hard drive just to have a clean PC is quite a hassle.
