Cleaning the Registry

Can you recommend a good registry cleaner that allows you to specify what to look for? I'm not too good at doing this manually via Regedit So far I have tried Regedit and Advanced Administrative Tools, but they only report faulty settings.

I need this so I can clean out old V3 drivers.
