When you use the Datavac, what happens to the dust and dirt?

Well if the inside is really disgusting then just maybe you should also inspect the fan on the video card as well.

Will not have so much dust issues if you keep the pc on the desk.
To each their own.

And that is why I use a platform from M-Force - it almost eliminates such a problem. Aside from that, there is absolutely no room on the desk for a full tower. Agree! To each his own. :)

Woah!
I like that!

You might make me a convert.

Where I work we have 3 of those ESD safe vacs and they are nice but the suction on them are not always good.

That is brilliant!! I was just saying yesterday how I'd love to get the tower 2 or 3 inches off the floor. And I also have absolutely no room on any furniture for my tower to sit safely. I also fdon't like the idea of wasting that much surface area when it can rest much safer at least on the floor if not on one of those platforms. Thanks!

Safe Vac Tools...
Mine arrived today. One thing I can't seem to figure out is the piece that rotates with the gaps. They always stay open. I can never close them all the way. Am I doing something wrong?

That allows you to control the amount of suction to some degree. Closed is max.

Fabric softener sheets seem to work for the DIY folks.
My Coolermaster case came with these very thin mesh, not foam, screens/filters to place between the fans and the case but I need more and larger ones, I just don't know if anyone makes this stuff and haven't had luck finding any.
