Cleaning LCD?

Can I use a glass wipe thing to clean off my LCD? First time i've had to clean it and i was wondering if the Glass Wipe would hurt it and if i should use something else.

You can use kimwipes and some rubbing alcohol. I saw a box of kim wipes for $4-5 shipped on ebay. They come in a pack of 50. They work well with camera lenses, lab equipment, and anything else you need to get fingerprints/dust off.
