Cleaning LCD Screens

I am sure this has been asked before but I couldn't find any results in the search.

I have a laptop and I would like to clean the LCD screen on it. I have heard differing ideas on what you can use to clean them. I know that there are certain chemicals to avoid as they will cause the screen to become brittle and yellow.

So, what can I use to clean my screen?

Lint free cloth and, if necessary, some distilled water?

[edit] I usually just dust mine off w/ a paper towel (bounty), works fine, no scratches/problems. I don't touch my screen so it doesn't get smudges on it, but, if it did, a little water would probably do the trick. [/edit]
