Cleaning GPU and RAM.

I'm taking to stock cooler off of my 4GB GTX670 SC and replacing with an Arctic Cooling Accelero Mono Plus. Before installing anything, I need to clean off the GPU core and the RAM on the card.

I have this:
PureTronics Technical Grade 99.99% isopropyl alcohol

and

Which should I use to clean off the GPU core and RAM?

Either sif ine. You don't need 99.9 pure either. Cheap 70% rubbing alcohol from the grocery store would work.

I typically keep the 91% rubbing alcohol around just for cleaning off thermal goo. It has less water (9% instead of 30%) than the 70% stuff so it dries a little faster/cleaner.

But yeah, there's no reason to use tech grade IPA (unless you get it from work or something).
