the few times I was in Toronto and other places in Ontario, I was very impressed with how clean the cities is. Big difference between all the cities I've been in here in the U.S.

edit: Too bad it's almost impossible for U.S. citizens to move there, or else I would be there by now, eh!

Wish they had that around here. All the men are always hacking and spitting on the sidewalk. Nasty!

Okay, this list is stupid. They have a Japanese city with a population of only 27,000

I agree, what kind of fvcktard put the list together, how the fvck can there be 8 tied for 10th, and pittsburgh being one of them. I'm so glad Forbes.com is around to give us such a refreshing list.

I'm calling total BS, too... I live in Pittsburgh, been to Minn./St. Paul many times on extended visits (have family there).

I have also been to Switzerland (pretty much all the major cities therein)... Zurich, Geneva, and Bern are all way cleaner than Minn./St. Paul... I would literally feel completely comfortable eating something that I dropped on the sidewalk in any one of those Swiss cities... I can't remember ever seeing a piece of trash anywhere.
