I go to UNC Charlotte, where Clay "supposedly" goes to school. I am a senior who has been here 4 years and am involved on campus and with greeks. I have NEVER heard of this guy on campus or seen him the whole time and conclude that he must be a dork. Also even after the american idol thing, i still havent seen him or anyone that actually knows him.

Have we discerned what the measure of a man should be?

9.86 is a but much for me, but if it gets to 8, I would qualify.

9.86 is too much for you, but you are able to take 8? I'm sure no one here really cares how deep you are willing to let someone bury it in you.

This is not such a hot deal, I'll charge you guys only $5 dollars each person to hear me sing the songs.

My wife bought it, I listened and I didn't like it too much. I even tried...
I'm thinking Ruben's will be better.

Still don't bag on the boy. He's got quite a set of pipes. I know as goofy as he looked in the initial American Idol tryouts, he certainly has tried to improve his looks.

Sorry to disappoint you, but I was commenting on the bar for "measuring up". Didn't even cross my mind the thoughts you were having.

The Star-Spangled Banner is NOT an easy song to sing...even for someone with good range like Clay. I used to sing it for high school basketball games, and believe me, even for someone who sings a lot and is in good vocal shape it's a stretch, add to that performing in front of that many people. Even Faith Hill had problems when she did it for the Superbowl one year.

MWHAHAHAHAHAHHAAAAAA

Anyone ever watch Queer Eye much? Those guys are always cracking gay jokes. Dan Savage also tends to crack a lot of jokes at the expense of his own sexuality. As long as it is not told in a mean-spirited, bigoted way, a little good-natured jab (which this joke seemed to be) seems to be perfectly acceptable to all but the most militant of the gay community.

More on topic, they'd have to PAY me to take a Clay Aiken CD. Then the deal might rate a "warm". Is it just me, or are technically perfect singers really boring? You know Patti Smith and Tom Waits would never last five minutes on American Idol, but they have at least 100X more talent than anyone that has ever been on the show.

He didnt sing it bad...he just stopped singing it when the jets flew over and had to try and pick it up again.

So it's a silly post about a no talent singer's soon to be cutout cd and his sad attempt to stretch his 5 minutes of fame. It's not enough to find the humor in that fact alone instead why not question the guy's sexual preference because your fellow homophobes will surely get a good laugh out of it. Bad singer's CD on sale...haha....Bad Singer who might be a F@_ ....hahahahahahahahahhahahahhahhahahhahhahhahhhahhahhahhahhahhhahhahhahhahahahhahhahhahhahhhahhhahhahhhahhahhhahhahhah. Absolutely nothing like turning a silly joke by the original poster into a vehicle for your irrational fears.
