ClawHammer Thermal Design Guide

I had the oppurtunity to watch and talk to one of the amd engineers about the thermal design. They gave a reason why there was no cap on the athlon proc. The main reason was that the heat transfer was not up to where they needed it to be to keep it cool running. Hence why you see it in the hammer.
