& I have an exam on Monday.

*Bought a textbook off Ebay for $80. Guy sitting next to me offered $40 for it. The deal was for us to share and he said he only needed it for a few days a week before the exam. He's had the book for two weeks. It's my turn to get the book. I figured since I study a couple days before the exam that it was an easy $40.
I texed him and I called him. He picked up once and made an excuse about "I'm at a friend's house.... call you in the morning before work to give you directions to come pick it up there".
No call. No reply to texts.

Now I have to go buy the book for $180 NEW just so I can study for the exam.

I have no chance of winning in small claims court do I? He is going to tell me too bad on the $180. That little sh!t.

Just pay the $180 for the book. Then the next time you see him, beat the living shit out of him.

I'm sure the book just sat on his desk these two weeks and he also needs it now to cram for the exam. Good luck.

Here's a lesson for you, nccr is probably right and he never studied. Never share your books unless you have a sure way to take it back.

Take one of Tony Soprano's peoples and goes pay him a visit. Don't forget the Louisville Slugger you have in the closet!

if u need to use this book again for the next exam just play it cool. don't confront him about it at all. just get the book back nonchalantly after this exam and ignore him afterwards (don't tell him you bought another). after all is said and done, go sell it for $80.
