CS is why I abandoned W7 and moved to 8.1 pro. Without it I would never have even considered using MS's tablet OS on a pc. I use CS on my tablet because I prefer to navigate through coherent menus instead of their jumbled mess.
Hell, I use Classic Shell and Classic Start Menu with Windows 7.
Thanks for sharing that with us.Good news! Someone has picked up the project.

It's in Classic Shell's forum, too.
That is indeed good news for me in case I'm required to use Windows again for some reason.Good news! Someone has picked up the project.

Is there anyone who didn't use a Start Menu program in order to use Windows 8.x?Great news! I don't know how I would use Windows 8.1 without Classic Shell.
Oh god I hope not. Probably just the people that complained about 8 being a horrible OS.Is there anyone who didn't use a Start Menu program in order to use Windows 8.x?
Actually the only real issue I really had with it was the Metro UI Microsoft tried to force on everyone. Well that and the the online sign in deal as well.Oh god I hope not. Probably just the people that complained about 8 being a horrible OS.
That UI sucked for me since I have trouble remembering the names of software. I like looking at a list of my software. I also disliked the MS account sign in and the store. I wish the store was optional. I have no use for apps on my PC.Actually the only real issue I really had with it was the Metro UI Microsoft tried to force on everyone. You can use a Local Account on Windows 10 without needing an MSN Sign In .. The only real thing having an MSN Account, is it will keep track of your Digital License so you don't need to reactivate on the same computer.
