God.. it'd be so awesome if they got rid of Jimmy Fallon and gave the show to Norm McDonald..

Or hell.. Norm McDonald and Craig Killborn do a show.. omg it would be nothing but hilarious.. they wouldn't even need guests.
 
I actually saw this live, one of my favorite late-night tv talk show moments of all time.

from what i remember - norm was on fire during his own segment as well
 
This is probably my favorite thing on Conan ever.

You really need to watch Norm's segments first, to see how that night had been going and to understand why Conan challenges him to "do something with that, you freak" at the very end, it makes it so much funnier.

I will say the "B-O-R-E-D" was pretty easy to nail. Norm is a national treasure though for sure.
