I'll be doing mostly Poli Sci my senior year... math and econ for the next six quarters, then a summer abroad (somewhere, anywhere), then three quarters of essay econ classes and Poli Sci.

Nope. Close to being an econ/math double major, though. I was planning on doing an ACMS or Math BS degree, but came to the conclusion that I'd rather be well-rounded and take a mix of math/poli sci classes than just math classes. Most of my next year and a half is econ and a quarter math. (sophomore right now)
