I'm planning to build a new gaming pc and I've picked the asus gtx 670 direct cu II graphics card and I think I'm gonna be having the cooler master HAF 932 advanced as my case. I just want to clarify some things about the airflow. Since the asus direct cu II card is a non reference card and it blows air into the case, will the case side panel fan mess with the airflow? or is it okay there?

That's fine if not just as good or better. A stock vacuum setup is nice for venting all the heat out of the case. But with a more open design like that you gain the advantage of the side fan also pushing air onto the HS. In terms of air flow it was shot the moment you choose a open shroud VC (not that it was the wrong choice, I did on mine). But the "damage" is minimal and a better cooler is more important than the control over air flow a blower cooler would have presented.
