claim student loan interest deduction on someone else's loans?

since the end of last year, ive been paying my sister's student loans

for financial year 2009, will i be able to claim her student loan interest as deduction for MY personal tax file? or is it tied to the loan persons SSN? (obviously, i have all bank records of the payments)
