it really does not matter about him being able to lift or not (well it does but not really)

he claimed he is " totally and permanently disabled" wich means he CAN DO NO OTHER JOB EVER! not just the work he was doing. he was scamming the system and got caught.

Yep, he could answer phones, file paperwork, do something productive at work instead of being paid to go to the friggin gym.

Many of those enhanced pensions went to senior commanders, including eight district chiefs who claimed injuries while filling in for deputy chiefs, mostly in desk jobs.

I read this yesterday - I am more worry about the system failure/major scams going on than that just one guy got caught because he competed.
