Says open box, no drivers..etc.. so I'm sure its just an
OEM. Couldn't resists the price so I got one. Not sure if
its a deal or not.

Annihilator PRO

Edit: Not sure when TechBargains posted theirs, but I saw this lastnight before them.. But will credit them for their link too.

I got one too, makes you wonder how many "open box" cards they have and why would they have so many? Returns that don't work? I've heard bad things about Access Micro so I'm expecting the worse.

Edit: I saw on pricewatch $194 the lowest price. I also noticed that most of them have tv-out, are there several flavors of this card (with and w/o TV)?

Sounds like a decent deal if it has TV out and it actually works upon installation.

Yes, there are 3 flavors of the cards, Retail w/tv out, and 2 OEM flavors, the older OEM's didn't have TV out, the newest revisions come with TV out. That to my knowlege is the only difference between the flavors, other than software of course, OEM comes with driver cd only, maybe a manual, retail comes with games, demos, and software.

I never received that cancelation message from Access Micro so I thought I was gonna be getting the card but it turns out they only shipped me the other item. I ordered a Video Capture device for 6.95 since I figure I'd be splitting the shipping cost by putting more items there. Anyways, I was surprised when I only got the one item and they charged me 8.95 shipping for a 6.95 item. I called them and told them I never got the cancelation email and they still wouldn't budge. I wouldn't have ordered if I known I'd be paying 8.95 shipping for 6.95 item. They says they have a policy of either paying for shipping or picking up the item and not both. I called my CC company and tried to dispute it but they says since its a shipping charge they can't do anything. Discover card is weak... use VISA for online purchases and stay away from Access Micro! Those guys still had that video card on their web site as instock the next day. Oh yeah, they also charged me for the full amount including the card that never shipped. I got that fixed... And my order status says the video card shipped and gave me the same tracking number as the capture board. These guys aren't good.. Stay away from these people.

When you order more than one item they should ask you if want thems shipped seperately or together so you don't pay two shipping charges. If the card comes in and they charge another shipping charge then you probably have a case for fraud because you didn't authorize two shipping charges.
