Civilian version of federal notepad?

I've been looking for a civilian supplier for these Memoranda green notepads I used in the Navy for a long time. The NSN is 7530-01-060-7511, and here is a pic. They hold up better than any other little notepad I've ever used, and they are the perfect size. Anyone know of a way (legally) to get a hold of these things?

I use Moleskine Cahier pocket (black). Aren't the same, but hold up very well and are slim enough to pocket.
