I just ordered 3 copies of CivIII to put on some computers but we switch networks quite a bit throughout the day. I was under the impression this would kill our games, evidently it may not, we can save the game and simply pick up where we stopped when someone had to temporarily leave the network?

We may also just use a mini network with a spare router to hook this stuff up.

Playing at work? ;)

With most network games, if you disconnect from the game you juat have to re-join. I'm sure the way Civ is that may not not be quite that easy. Just try it with a quich test game and see what happens. Worst case you will have to save the game and exit when somebody has to actually work for a few minutes. :)
