The intro works fine, but the game screen comes up black and I am dead although the game is still alive - the music still goes and the links seems to be there, but I can't find the quit link. I have to reboot - no alt-tabbing or ctrl-alt-delete allowed apparently.

www.ina-support.com mentions this problem and says to not use the Default Monitor, which I am doing. I can't figure out how to change it to something else - is that possible in win2k like it was in win98?
Needless to say, I am seriously disappointed.
