When I was in high school, I remembered like every single kid wanted to go to UT just because it was in Austin (for whatever reason). I never go anywhere so I wouldn't know.

There's a sports bar there, too, somewhere...think it was North Brunswich...where's the Hilton? North or New Brunswick? We headed out one evening in a snow storm to catch a basketball game and finally found a sports bar near some overpass that had like a bazillion TVs and about 4 people in the place 🙂
