It's ok, but since Citi dropped the rate down, it's hard to opt for that card over an Amex Blue (it gives up to 5% cash back)

Well, first off, do take note that fewer places accept Amex than Visa and MC.

Next, check out the rebates associated with the card. Supposedly, Citi has reduced the cashback for gas, groceries, and drugstore to 2% for all of their Dividend cards. Is this the case for yours?

If so, take a look at if there's anything else of value in this promotion. A low intro APR? A signing bonus?

The 2% also applies to utilities (such as cable tv). Though, it was only changed for newly issued cards and for cards over at least a year old (maybe they made it over 18 months old).

I was thinking of signing up for the 0%apr on balance transfer up to 4/1/08.

It also includes:
2% cash back on purchases at supermrkets, drugstores, gas stations, convenience stores and utilities, including cable
1% cash back on all other purchases and eligible cash advances
