Cisco

#1 company (arguably) as far as networking goes. They are involved in almost all facets of networking...hardware, software, complete solutions, fiber optics, backbones.
 
that would be a good idea...i take it at my HS too. it will get you a good job if you know how to use it...just be prepared...it can get tough
 
Cisco is to network infrastructure what Microsoft is to Operating Systems. Even if your router isn't Cisco, it's very likely that it uses Cisco standards.
