If so, what are some of their key strategic and operational strategies?

I'm doing an assignment, and while I have a couple that have been laid out in case studies, I'm trying to think outside the box a little and brainstorm a bit, especially since the case studies are from 2001.

Look into the strategic alliances with Intel, VMware, etc.

If you want what they're doing - they want to put their products in anything and everything that has to do with communication of voice/video/data including your set top box. Look to their aquisitions to show where they are going.
