Anyone have these installed on their servers/workstations?

I'm thinking about deploying this product to my critical web servers...but I have reservations about the speed...

Someone please provide some insight.

Thanks!

That's the host based IDS software by Cisco, right? I've been curious about how it runs and have been too chicken to install it. Of course, I'm the network security admin, not the server admin, so I have to ask them to install it. Will it report to my IDS Event Viewer console like my IDS module in my 6509 chassis will?

what kind of server? web, mail, ftp? do you run ssl as well?

also, do you have it installed in server 2003? read the specs and it would seem it only supports server 2000 and IIS5 for now

last but not least, they need to justify why the server version costs more than 10 times the desktop version :|
