Cisco Lost Rights to iPhone Name?

We?ve talked a great deal this week about the launch of Apple?s cellular device as well as the subsequent lawsuit from Cisco. This morning, there is word circulating that Cisco may have possibly lost the rights to the name iPhone sometime ago.
