Cisco IOS Question...?

Hi Guys, I'm doing my CCNA and I've set up a network in packet tracer, it's all going great, three routers, three switches, OSPF etc, but I can't figure out how to stop OSPF updates being distributed to the LAN's that come from the FastEthernet Interfaces on each router?

Anyone know?

Or set every interface to passive default (under router ospf <as#> config) and only turn it on specific ones.

If you have lots of L3 interfaces, spidey's recommendation is best.

And should be standard practice. Don't want to fire up a new interface and either spit out or take a route you don't want or are not ready for.
