Cisco configuration register 0xF

Normally it's 0x2102, but after a power outage yesterday, 2 of our switches are showing the config reg as 0xF.
I found a document online that shows you the meanings of the values but 0xF isn't one of them.

Does anyone know what 0XF means?

I beleve that is normal for that series.
