Cisco configuration register 0xF

Normally it's 0x2102, but after a power outage yesterday, 2 of our switches are showing the config reg as 0xF.
I found a document online that shows you the meanings of the values but 0xF isn't one of them.

Does anyone know what 0XF means?
 
groups.google.com and search for ... cisco configuration register 0xf ... I got a bunch of hits that explain what it is.
