Cirque du Soleil

They alternate depending on the show and song. It gives the song a very worldly demeanor 🙂

Hmm. I thought the opposite.

I wasn't impressed with Blue Man but I thought Drallion was awesome. Though I must admit Varekai wasn't that great.

no way
Varekai is the best out of all them!! I even saw it twice!!

I watched O in Vegas and it surpassed my expectations. I was very impressed with the show, with the comedy and especially the acrobatics. It was worth every dime! I was asked to see the blue man group and I flattly refused. Made me sick watching all those intel commercials with the blue guys. They looked boring from the commercials and I'm sure it would have been boring watching them on stage.

I'm not sure, but I think that most of their songs aren't in an actual language, although some of them are (I can think of at least one in Alegria and one in Quidam).

I've enjoyed all of their shows that I've seen so far (Mystere, La Nouba, Dralion, Quidam, O), but I thought the set design and the integration of the water tricks in O was particularly exceptional. As far as the music and tricks go, my favorite is probably Quidam.

I think it's mostly gibberish. Oddly while I didn't catch any recognizable (to me) languages in La Nouba, but there even some English on the CD. I don't think the CDs are exactly the same as the live show...

I didn't hear any real languages in Varekai either live or on the CD....

Dralion > Alegria > Varekai > Quidam > La Magie Continue

I have but haven't watched: Saltimbanco, Nouvelle Experience, Journey of Man, Cique Reinvented, and A Baroque Odyssey.

My Quidam DVD is acting strange, the subtitles stopped working after the first few lines. perhaps something is wrong with my DVD player, I'll have to try it on my laptop.
