Just got the check this week for $140 also. Took about 6 weeks longer than the $10 rebate but SO worth it. Wound up with an 8MB model to boot. Thanks CC!!!

big rebate week for me, $80 from the CC 120 gig, $80 from the staples 160 gig, $100 from t-mobile phone, $200 from Amazon (same phone)

Allright,

This is a little strange. Both Circuit City AND Western digital sent me $80 checks. If i cash this last one, it means I got the drive for -$70. I doubt I'll cash it, but I plan on calling to find out why they both sent me a check.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I used to work at the Young America Corporation as a "rebate specialist", and we were always told that if the rebate required an original UPC, an original had to be with it. I don't know how many of those I let slide just cause I knew you guys would be sending them in. Good luck though 🙂

Yeah me too. Got 1 rebate check for $140, depositing it today! Ended up selling the 8meg cache drive to a buddy for a bargain price of $90 (back in april). We both came out winners!
