Circuit City store pick up ?

Did online order for store pickup. And when i tried getting another 1 it shows no longer avail at that store. Has anyone done an online order got confirmation. and went to pick up and it was not avail ? . Was wondering if i should order another from another location that shows instock just to have a backup ?
