Circuit City Rebates: Arguing How-To

I got in on that Circuit City Rebate offer for $20 and $80 on the WD1200JB a while ago. CircuitCityRebates.com says the $20 one was received and mailed out, but there is no record of the $80 one on the site. What do I need to argue/watch out for when I call these people?
