Nothing Spectacular, but here are some good deals

Robotech Battlecry(in stores wednesday) is only $36.99 for Xbox and PS2
Buy Starfox Adventures for GC and get Star Fox Survival Kit free(it's a bottle of what appears to be soda, some toilet paper, and a "Do not enter" door nob hanger)

Netgear 802.11a wireless PC Card Adapter for $59.99 after $70 MIR.
Netgear 802.11a Wireless Access Point for $250 after $50 MIR

Western Digital 80GB Special Edition 8MB Cache 7200RPM Hard drive for $100 after $40 MIR
Cendyne 32x12x40 burner for $20 after $70 MIR
Memorex 50 pack CD-Rs for $5 after $8 instant savings and $10 MIR(we just got some TYs into the store today, and the picture of the spindle is a "capped" one indicating it's a TY, so, good chance of finding em)

And last but not least, the Maxell 48 Pack of Alkaline batteries that is usually $25 is once again $10. it's a good deal if you've got a bunch of remotes that need batteries :)

Do you know if the spindle of 50 TDK cdr's are on sale this week? It seems like they are in the ad just about every other week.
I was wondering this because I know that they are on sale for $10 at target this week (I snagged a shelf tag the other day when they had them layed out on the counter). I have gotten a ton of these cds by haveing CC PM Targets sale price. Then I've sent in the rebates and made money on every one so far. I think the last time I checked I have been paid $40 to take a bunch of cds form CC.

Go to Saleshound where the entire sale is listed.

Maybe it's just the locations I choose, but I have plugged in several zip codes for FL, AL and NC and it keeps saying no specials for Circuit City. How do I find the entire sale listed? Thanks!

Y'all better check this one before you jump on it.

The $70 MIR is actually TWO rebates of $40 and $30 and BOTH require the ORIGINAL UPCs per the rebate links on the CC site. May be a work-around, but better to know up front than find out too late...

From the Circuit City website:

"How do I complete double rebates?
In some situations the manufacturer and Circuit City are offering rebates on the same product. Usually the guidelines on both rebates request that the original receipt be submitted. Send the original receipt to the manufacturer and a photocopy of the receipt to Circuit City."

You can always try enclosing a copy of their own words with the photocopy. They can be found under Help/FAQs/Rebates FAQs/How Do I Complete Double Rebates?.

The Batteries are Double AAs

As for double rebates, CC doesn't require the UPC, just the manufacturer. And you should be getting 2 copies of your receipt from the sales associate, if not...they aren't doing their job right.

That quote from their FAQ speaks to receipts but doesn't mention UPCs

Does anyone know of any places you can pricematch the HD with, possibly for a better deal?

You are so right, Harry K. I don't know what I was thinking. I guess someone will have to call and find out . soup or man said in his post that CC doesn't require the original, but, if you're paranoid (like me) about rebates, call and confirm.
