I just picked mine up (special ordered) at the Flint, MI CC and recieved PNY Optima Memory upgrade kit. D256M6421OPT, 256MB, DDR, 2100, OPT.

They are CMTL certified with a lifetime warranty. The Chips are Samsung 151 chips,
K4H280838C-TCB0 VZJ820BB

Are these any good?

Without a doubt you got a good deal. I just got a 512MB DDR from Crucial my chips were Samsung 151 as well.

Wow - hopefully the AT effect has taken out CC's supply of hynix chips so the rest of us who are still waiting for our orders can get some Samsung goodness. I'll post when I get my order in.

Picked up my two sticks at CC in Lawrenceville, NJ today. Both are VT-labeled chips. One stick says 5A 0150 under the logo; the other says 5A 0152. Both say VT3225804T-75 on the next line.

My Asus P4T266-C is in transit from newegg and my P4 1.6A from Googlegear.

I picked up 2 sticks of Vt-based ram also. I don't have a ddr motherboard and chip combo yet, so I can't test it.

I got VT chips as well. I am waiting for NewEgg to send me the right MoBo (got GA-8IRX when I ordered GA-8IRXP) to try it out.

Has anyone confirmed these are Vision Tek chips? If so, does anyone know anything about them?
