Pretty delicious but if you're just going for taste and calorie overload the peanut butter crunch tops the charts.

Where is the pole?

Way too much sugar.

I prefer things like Wheaties, Bran Flakes, and the no longer produced Team Flakes.

Too sweet. I like real cereal for food, but for candy cereal, Cocoa Pebbles is probably my favorite. It's gotten worse over the years as they've changed the recipe though.

Kashi has a lot of good cereals that are actually really damn good for you too. Their non-frosted 'mini wheats' (the name escapes me) has two really good flavors at least and you can get some pretty substantial protein out of their soy cereals. Beware of gas though.

Man as a kid I could eat Waffle Crisp until I exploded though. I also really liked Golden Crisp, but I haven't seen that in ages. Corn Pops could be really good but they're so unsatisfying because they're like 75% air.

Oh and Quaker Oatmeal Squares are pretty awesome.

Quisp > cap'n crunch

(doesn't cut up your mouth as much)

you're not waiting long enough. when you start seeing the sugar crystals on the surface of your milk, the cereal is soft enough to consume.

or you could just tough it out and build as much scar tissue in your mouth as i have.

My sister ate only Cinnamon Toast Crunch for breakfast for something like 18 years.

Actually I'm not entirely sure she doesn't still do that.

Yeap! Then it was Golden Sugar Smacks, now Golden Crisp.
Me and that fucking bear ate a lot of breakfasts together!

Actually, wasn't there a "Super Golden Crisp" version in there too?

♪♫ "Can't get enough of Super Golden Crisp. It's got the crunch with punch. Yeah!" ♫♪
