After Googling 'cinnamon' to see how to spell it correctly, I came across this article: Text

I was intrigued (just because of how stupid it sounded), so I once again Googled, this time "Cinnamon and honey" and there are pages upon pages of results about it being a miracle cure.

When did this come about? Sounds pretty stupid to me, but I'll admit I'm probably going to try some on my toast tomorrow morning 😀

I believe it. Everything is better with honey.

Honey mustard, honey BBQ, tea with honey. My roommate and I pretty much had everything in the house be the honey version if possible.

For one thing, that page spells "cinnamon" incorrectly.

Cinnamon is reputed to have some pro-health attributes, although the "cures most diseases" statement on the linked web site is a gross overstatement.

Honey - as long as it's not too refined - is quite healthful in small doses. It contains a multitude of vitamins and minerals, and is supposedly anti-bacterial. Local-grown honey can help you build a up a resistance to seasonal allergies. Personally, I've used honey to soothe a sore throat. Tea, with lemon and honey is great for when you have a cold or flu.
