I get my bill this month, and there is a $6.95 charge for "eBill Invoice Print Charge."
I call, and ask what this is, and they tell me it's a service charge for having both online bill viewing, and receiving a paper bill in the mail. :Q
(You must have online viewing to pay your bill online.)
I explain to them that NO WHERE on their website was I informed that having both would cost me extra. Not only that but at the paper bill options screen, one sees this:
You are currently receiving an online bill and a paper bill.
An option is available for you to receive paper bills with no extra charges.
Please indicate your selection:
O - No, I do not wish to receive paper bill.
O - Yes, I wish to receive paper bills.

Now, I wonder how many thousands of people are being ripped off by this little scam? :|
And this isn't even considering how OUTRAGEOUS the extra charge of $6.95 is even if they were honest about it. :disgust:
Oh well, anly a few more months of this, and my freakin' contract is over. Nextel here I come.
