Cingular Question

I am considering joining Cingular, but the plan I want doesnt have enough anytime minutes. Are the minutes on the website negotiable? Or is there anyway to get more minutes, i.e. like calling into Sprint and threatening to cancel.

well considering you're not already an existing customer, calling in and threatening them probably won't do you much good. You can always go into a cingular store and check with a rep to see if you can get a better deal.
