Cingular / AT&T Cell Phone Users

is any other Cingular / AT&T cell phone users having issues w/ caller id on their phones? whenever i get a call, no matter who it is from, all i get is "unknown" even from other cell phones. i haven't changed any settings in my phone and it was working fine about 1 wk ago. in that time i have called their customer support and they have "fixed it" 4x....this is getting old.

I sometimes had other weird problems with my service, but nothing like that. With me it's a matter of I won't get text or voice messages for several hours or even days.

i have had those issues to, but this is stuff is new, and very annoying...
