No kidding, nasty. The first time I went there i saw them spooning that stuff on my burrito and asked what was in the rice and they said "cilantro." I had them start over and make a new burrito.

I love it. I like to use with seafood specifically soup. Helps cover up the fishy smell and adds a lot of flavor to the soup.

as previously mentioned in the thread, LOVE cilantro, pico di gallo w/ extra cilantro on top of a chicken taquito that has sour cream on it = heaven

Since I like cilantro, here's a recipe for Cilantro Sauce.

Cilantro Sauce

Place a 50/50 mix of mayonaise and sour cream in a food processor. Add lots and lots of washed, cleaned, chopped cilantro and liquify as desired.
